CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -
Kentucky coach Billy Gillispie says the Wildcats will have their hands full on Tuesday against top-ranked North Carolina even though the Tar Heels will be playing without star center Tyler Hansbrough.
Gillispie said all it really means is that the Tar Heels have four or five great players instead of six or seven. Either way it's a tall order for the Wildcats (0-1), who must regroup after getting stunned at home against Virginia Military Institute.
The Wildcats were run ragged by VMI's up-tempo attack, and the bad news is the Tar Heels sometimes play even faster.
Kentucky needs to win to avoid opening the season 0-2 for the first time in eight years and snap a four-game losing streak to the Tar Heels.
