CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -

Questions still remain about what happend in the hours before Atlas Fraley, a Chapel Hill High School star football player, was found dead at his home earlier this week.

Orange County EMS officials said they cannot confirm the identity of the caller of 911 tapes released today, however the call was placed from Fraley's home in Chapel Hill around 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Atlas was at a football scrimmage in Cary earlier that day and his father, David, said his son was home alone at the time the call was made and believes the caller was Atlas. The caller begins by telling the dispatcher his body is cramping.

"My body is hurting all over, I just came from football practice," the caller said."I think I'm dehydrated, I need an IV."

According to the dispatcher, an EMS crew was sent to Fraley's home when the 911 call was made. However, Fraley was not transported to the hospital. In a brief news conference Tuesday afternoon, Captain Dinah Jefferies with Orange County EMS would not give any information about what happend.

"A full review of the facts is in progress so that we and the family may have a clear picture of the circumstances surrounding this tragic and extraordinary event," Jefferies read from a prepared statement.

Jefferies said officials have talked with Fraley's family, though not today.

"We were left in the dark," said David Fraley. He said he has no idea what happend between the time EMS crews arrived and his son's death.

"I know people said he died from an asthma attack, I don't believe that", Fraley said.

EMS officials said they will not be releasing any more details today and they gave no timeline as to when they might do so.

Atlas Fraley's funeral is scheduled for this Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Bible Church in Chapel Hills.
