The Herald Sun reports a slight reversal in steadily climbing gasoline prices will not be sufficient to convince as many North Carolina residents to hit the highways this July 4 holiday as traveled last year, according to AAA Carolinas, and local business officials believe that may be a good sign for Orange County merchants.
