RALEIGH, N.C.—Linda Harrill, president and CEO of Communities In Schools of North Carolina (CISNC) (www.cisnc.org), a nonprofit that helps youths stay in school, has announced that the organization will participate in a live, interactive videoconference presented by UNC Chapel Hill on Tuesday, June 9 at 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The videoconference, titled "Breaking The Cycle: Investigating The Intersection Of Educational Inequalities And Health Disparities", will be moderated by Senator Howard N. Lee, executive director of the N.C. Education Cabinet and past-chair of the N.C. Board of Education, and include commentary from four nationally known panelists.
