GARNER, N.C. -
Rand Road Elementary dismissed at noon Tuesday due to an air conditioning system failure.
Replacement parts expected this morning have been delayed, therefore the school will dismiss early due to expected high temperatures.
Crews will conduct repairs Tuesday night with the hope of having the system operational by Wednesday morning. No End of Grade testing was scheduled.
