RALEIGH, N.C. -
The Raleigh Police Department continues its efforts to locate Jennifer Ann Wolfe, who was last seen by family members during the Memorial Day Weekend.
Police said no foul play is known to be involved, but Wolfe takes medication that she may not have with her.
A Silver Alert was issued Tuesdsay concerning her disappearance.
Wolfe, 29, stands about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
She may be operating a 1994 Toyota Corolla four-door sedan bearing N.C. tag RNC-3798. The car is a dark bluish-green in color and has faded paint.
Anyone who believes they may have information on Wolfe's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Raleigh Police Department's Detective Division at (919) 996-3555.
