Suspects arrested and charged in connection with a May 12th murder are being investigated for a series of robberies in Raleigh, according to police warrants.
The body of Christopher Ryan Davis, 19, was found shot in a cul-de-sac near the 6500 block of Guard Hill Drive in the Chastain subdivision. Police say robbery was the motive.
Three suspects have been charged in that case: Eric Jarelle Rhome, 21, Patrick Javonne Green, 18, and Tyler DeJohn Montague, 20.
According to warrants, the suspects were found with stolen property from several robberies that took place prior to Davis's death. The warrant is to search cell phone records of several individuals to verify a connection to Davis.
Several suspects may be involved in both the robberies and the murder, the warrant says.
