RALEIGH, N.C. -
Actor Dan Aykroyd is making two stops in North Carolina to promote his latest project - vodka.
Multiple media outlets reported that Aykroyd will be in Raleigh on Tuesday and at Fort Bragg on Wednesday to promote Crystal Head Vodka. The 57-year-old Aykroyd is a partner and investor in the vodka, which comes in a skull-shaped bottle.
The vodka is quadruple-distilled in Newfoundland in Canada.
Aykroyd also has his own winery and is the Canadian importer and co-distributor of Patron tequila.
The actor gained fame on NBC's "Saturday Night Live" and also played Elwood in the "Blues Brothers" movies. He was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in "Driving Miss Daisy" and starred in the "Ghostbusters" movies.
